Default Pro Alloy Fuel Swirl Pot ?

Has Anyone fitted one to their car ??

And any pics ?

I know Mike R does them, just trying to decide if i should buy one.

I Was going to run my 023 intank to the swirl pot then my 044 to the lines I presume ??

That is correct, here is the one I had on my car, excuse the quality, as it was knocked up quickly. Obviously the Pro-Alloy copies of these are now pukka .

The other one was for a completely different fuel system. This is for an 044 pump.

Ah I C..

Right you have to excuse my ignorance, A few questions ??

The Inlet is for the 044 Pump obviously

One out let is for the outgoing fuel line

One Outlet is for a return fuel line

What is the other for ?

Also how did you fix the fuel pump to the car ?

And can you wire the power from the 023, or a separate line is needed?

Sorry for all the questions

You mean the OUTLET for the 044 pump

No, that is what the 044 does, takes fuel from the swirl pot and delivers it to the fuel rail.

You mean return INLET, yes that is correct.

You mean the other TWO.
One is the return to the fuel tank and the other is the inlet for the in-tank pump to fill the swirl pot with.

The 500bhp uses one 023 in-tank pump and fitting kit (price on my website), feeding the swirl-pot (£165 + delivery), feeding an 044 pump to front of car (price on my website). Fuel hosing is around £150.

The 700bhp uses one 023 in-tank pump and fitting kit (price on my website), feeding the swirl-pot (£200 + delivery), feeding two 2wd pumps to front of car (prices on my website). Fuel hosing is around £200.

It CLEARLY says "OE for Sierra Cosworth - standard replacement item" - OE = Original Equipment . So the 941 is the standard pump which mine has two of.

hollow, it is like you say but in a tank the fuel is drawn the fuel is pushed into the swirl via a lift pump so hence storage so if there is a sudden surge of fuel in the lines then the lines wont enpty as the swirl is stil full feeding the lines.. if you understand my shit explanation

Im having to fit on in my car as if i have less tha half a tank it starts to surge and can even start to lean off, the fuel is just being subjected to different forces so it can miss the pick up in the tank
