Default Wheel offset

Guys, I'm going to get a larger set of wheels, but what offset should it be? I want it flush with the wheel arch. any idea?

these are the one I'm planning to get, haven't decided on the size yet, 17 or 18

I have Compomotive MO's 18" 8"wide and they have ET15. They fit quite nicely. Altough it's much more nicer to drive with standard ET25 16" wheels, but it could be just from the smaller diameter wheels and nothing to do with the ET.

depends on width of wheel as to what the best off set will be, arent work wheels all 5 stud? or are you fitting 5 stud hubs?

the stud pattern and PCD can be custom made, so no problem there. I'm going to stick with 225 width tires, and want the rim to flush with the body work, but have no idea what kind of ET I'll need

if you are using 225 then itll be either an 8 or 8.5" wide rim i presume, rondells are 8.5 and et of 18, if for example you used an 8" rim you would need an et of 12 to get it to extend the same amount as the rondell but the inner face would be 12mm more clearance, if you go for an et higher than 18-20 you could end up with clearance issues for your brakes and shocks

I've read somewhere that the ideal offset for an escos is ET25, so not true then?

you could do that on an 8" rim but i thought you wanted them to stick out more??? generally go with et 15-20 and youll not be far off

Wheels do look great but I've got something else in the pipeline.
These might come for sale in the not so distant future.
Also very happy with the springs I got of you m8. They were actually new me thinks.
