after fitting intercooler

after fitting rs 500 intercooler the gap between the rad and intercooler is a couple of mm is that the norm cheers for any help

Thats about right mate, i have radtec 60mm cooler and 50mm rad and its a tight squeeze but mm should be fine, you would worry more if it were cm!

just make sure theyre not touching anywhere as you dont want one chafing through the other over a period of time
