In my experience ebay don't give a poo so long as there is a fast buck to be made, I have given up reporting things like this as it is a pointless task IMO
A few months back someone was selling the "last of the genuine cosworth timing belt tensioners left", "fits PINTO as well"!!, of course as you are most likely aware these are totally different!!
