(I'm 3th owner, 100.000 Miles, complete original => never tuned, with all the paperwork and history, no damage)

there aren't that many left here, a lot of them had been exported to UK. Maintenance is always a problem, parts are difficult to source, I get mine from UK and the postage is outrageous! If you find an import from Japan then you are in luck, them Japs are nuts about cars! One of my mate is shipping his escos from HK to Oz, he has a buyer lined up already. The car has shorted the engine loom and doesn't move (bonnet+battery terminal=bad combination), he's selling it for 7k, but it is rust free.

I paid 15 thousand €uro (10 grand-ish) for mine with about
60 thousand miles on the clock 4 & 1/2 years ago here in Germany. (& yes it is LHD).

Seems to be worth roughly the same now.

£12,600 for mine in Jan 2003 - needed paint on the front but had some bits on her. Since then though she's been fully restored from top to bottom with new everything and i've spunked another £30k on her

I don't regret it though as I think there aint another car like them.

I have spent over 10 grand in 5 years on the car, although this does include all servicing, wheels and tyres, brakes and the MAD engine conversion (and new hybrid turbo), if I hadn't spent anything on it it would probably be worth more standard
But we all do it, I dont regret it for a second

I paid £13600 fo this one in 2002.

Sold it in 2004 for a tad less but with more stuff done than when I bought it, a clean and tidy motor I thought.
If I did it again I'd go for a Monte and use it at weekends only.
