u using group a coil and still can't increase the gap? I'm just using the normal coil and I set mine to 0.7mm and everything is sweet, but I'm using champion's racing plugs

thinking of either do a coil pack conversion or just replacing the coil with a group a item (a lot cheaper). any benefits in using the group a coil? how come it is cheaper than the standard coil? anyone know?

£32 delivered from MATT LEWIS 01922 692424.
Plug gaps will defo have to be made smaller if running seriously increased boost, IF it starts to BLOW SPARK OUT, ie prevent it from sparking the HIGHER the PRESSURE in the cylinder, ie BOOST or CR the higher the voltage needed to jump gap at plug.

I just changed my plugs and the car drives spot on untill you bring in full boost then it missfires like a pig..

Make the gap smaller then?

When my car had(new) 909 leads it missfired under load with standard coil at 0.6mm, change leads to MAGNECOR missfire went away, now got group A coil so going to gap larger.
