I am interested in buyin these brakes

I have 18" Azev As on my car and wondering what problems I may come across.
Mike Rainbird has pointed out to me that I will prob need spacers fitted, but as I am not very mechanically minded and the car is 150 miles from where I live help will be greatly appreciated
With regards to machining them etc and some parts not being supplied.
