Default busy day today

today, me and 2 mates started playing witht he car,

replaced head gasket for cometic, fitted ARP stud and nut kit, removed
all traces of air con, fitted new bailey breather,

was a good laugh,

thanks to daz c for bringing up his brand new snap on torq wrench,

they all were treated to a pizza after the BBQ went pete tong

so.....

car wil be running more powere pretty soon

I thought you had to have the block decked to fit a multi later h/gasket Andy

As long as the block is completely flat it doesn't matter. Wether they actually checked that is a different matter!!

My pizza ended up being "air cooled" by the open window and "excessive" speed after the repair so I scrapped it half way through!!

i thought the block had to be machined to take the bolts too.

only for ARP long studs, mine std size,



yes, im very sorry about that daz,

car would fo been going quicker but daz's wallet was weighing me down [/b]
