I have removed the air con from my rs cos escort and want to replace the current standard intercooler - Any suggestions as to the best manufacturer?? turbo is GT 3071R

 

the pro ally one is pretty awesome tbh!!!

 

Dont think you will go far wrong if you went the Pro Alloy route

 

Is ther much difference between the radtec, pace and pro alloy intercooler ?

 

dont think there is a huge difference across the range for temperatures or flow rates although i believe the pro alloy item did slightly win.

but when the pro alloy cooler has a much better build quality, and looks 100 times better, added to the fact that it did pipped the others with the temps/flows etc and for the same-ish money it seems the best bet to me!

 

i dont think you can go wrong with most , i run a rad tec in my car 450 bhp 2 bar boost with a T38 and temps rearly go above 28 oc and on a run on boost drop to 20 - 25 !!!

 

Sorry to go slightly offtopic but what do you guys think of the forge rs500 cooler?
