Default Problems

Ok my car shuts down at 4500rpm, its over fueling and its losing revs on tick over when I was at well lane they couldn't figure out what was wrong and said they think its my ecu. However since I've getting home my cars started cutting out once its been driven for 20mins or so. I've reset the ecu and checked the multi plug. Has anyone else been though this and if so what turned out to be the problem? Cars booked in at msd but i'd prefer to drive it up there with as little problems as possible
