Default RS500 fitting advise & charge cooler plumbing?

Im about to fit a Pace RS500 style intercooler to my Escort Cos, anybody got any tips or advise on how to go about it?

Also what have you all done about the water pipes that go to the standard charge cooler? do samco do a pipe to re-route them?

you need a 180 deg bend to effectivly "by-pass" where the chargecooler would have been mate!

Hi guys cheers for all the replys...

the pro-alloy one does look nice...

But im still a little pissed of with pro-alloy as I bought a amal valve mouting plate which was listed under the Escort Cosworth acceories, so I preumed it would be for the lectron valve... how wrong was I

How much is the roose ancillary kit? and does anyone know if hes going Ford Fair?
