Right so what do you all do with regards to the heatproof wadding at the back of the engine bay?

Mines going into the bodyshop in the next week or 2 & mines looking rather tired & manky.....

Suggestions?

cant get them anywhere.......use the reflective self adhesive heat wrap which looks cool when done looks proper bling!!

matt blck would look better than shiny chrome IMO.... it wouldn'y look factory

Just been told i may be able to get hold of the thick wadding stuff with reflective heatshield on the front!!

only problem with shiny stuff is that is looks really mingin with only a bit of muck on it - at least mat black hides a multitude of sins - and we are talking of a YB here, one of the most oil leakiest of engines there is
