Default Fuel consumption

What sort of miles to peeps get from a stage 3 cos? I dont think mine is very good i am getting about 90 miles per £15 of fuel is that average? That is from the 1/2 mark down to the 1/4 mark on the gauge. I know its how you drive them as well but that is with normal driving.

Closed loop Lambda is the way forward from MSD

I get over 300 miles 2 a full tank and on motorway about 30mpg+

if u got a pectal board in there it won't be using the lambda

The only way to accuratly calculate your mpg is to fill the tank then do 100 miles or so, for example, then fill it up again and work it out. Ive never done it in the escort but it doesnt seem that bad at all on fuel.

and does the A1 pallysport chip have closed loop control built into it like MSD does for a L8 ECU?

as the escos P8 ecu has lambda control as standard but if u fit a pectal and or chip it normally doesn't use the lamdba

I'm running 330BHP on light blues, and my average is 24.27 mpg over 80 fill ups, with a max of 28.27 mpg and a min of 16.34 mpg. I track my fuel consumption accuratly in a spreadsheet.

no my escos was a small turbo now a big turbo, using L8 ecu. just a stage 3 chip from A1 3 bar and greens. no closed loop.
