When i had mine painted first time the spray shop thought it may be down to the oven, so they let it air dry second time round.....still came back. Must something to do with the spoiler material....?
Not much point in having it painted then untill it gets bad.

it's air pockets in the spoiler which expand with heat, usually show up in hot weather or when the spoiler has been painted & baked in oven, not sure what you can do to solve the problem though

mind did have it bad, my cusin is a painter, when mine went for engine build in 2005 it was away for about 4 month, he had it befor it went, and it didn't come back till i had the engine run in nearly 6 month, he said he had primed it and baked it in with other jobs about 35 times befor it stopped reacting then he "gel coated" it and its not come back yet, i said i could send him some more to do, he said "dont bother"

they need stripping back completely, all the dodgy bits need drilling out (its foam inside) then fibreglass the holes, then rub down and a good flexible filler.
I did mine over a year ago and before I did it, they bubbles were horendous, REALLY bad...
now, its perfect still
