Default Brake help...

Hi All,

Giving my car the once over @ the weekend, wheels off and cleaned inside out and underneath when i spotted one of my front discs has a small crack in it, about 5cms long starting from the middle outwards, is this potentially dangerous to drive with ? also, when i was braking after a blast out, i had a noise coming through the steering, like a whining rubbing noise, anyone know what that could be as i want to get it all sorted

Cheers
Rich

WHat brakes?

small hairline cracks are to be expected with 400+BHP

Tarox 6 pot jobbies, just a bit worried about the crack, but as you say, suppose thats what you get for having 400 bhp, a small price to pay (or not as it may be)
