the clocks on my cossie are very dim, the adjuster is on full brightness.

the banana pod clocks are dim too.

the speedo is the lightest bit, is there anything to replace or is this
just what happens over time, my mates cossie has very bright clocks

it has done more miles and is an older car so i dont know why mine

One thing that might make a slight difference, I noticed I couldn't see my oddometer reading at night and assumed because of the way they light up you couldn't see them.. untill I went in Franco's one which was lite up! So taking the dash surround there is a bulb aswell and since fitting it is a bit brighter

If ford have stopped doing the inverters you should be able to use one from another supplier.

Halfords sell EL inverters for their neon EL range of stuff. They're only a fiver and with a bit of modificiation should run a set of cossie EL clocks no problem.
