has anyone used one?are they worth fitting?

I have a 14mm spacer fitted to my car and didnt notice much diffrence. There was a post up about these in GENERAL section the other day think it was Bosch Man that started it, some goood points for and against in it.

The restriction is in the elbow, you would see more improvement by fitting an EECIV plenum, which has a better designed (higher flow) version.

Or modify your current plenum... Cut the thight "elbow" open, and weld on a bigger metal plate, and there you go, better flowing plenum the Jenspeed way

Yes sure the plenum is a direct fit only thing im not sure of is if the iscv wiring/plug is diffrent?

Exactly as mine, just needed to fettle the holes thru the throttle body to make it line up perfectly with the plenum, and the top of the 4x4 TPS gets a tad close to the underside of the plenum aswell, but easily rectified!
