Yes, just neds minor mods. I run a 4x4 TB on an EECIV plenum.
Exactly as mine, just needed to fettle the holes thru the throttle body to make it line up perfectly with the plenum, and the top of the 4x4 TPS gets a tad close to the underside of the plenum aswell, but easily rectified!
