I've flucked up! LOL
Right here goes.......
Had to change the plenum gasket last night which went smoothly until i got to taking off the fuel rail. Me being me thought i could save time by pulling off the top fuel hose feed off the rail, but after some pulling and tugging i realised that it wasn't coming off for love nor money.....
Everything else went fine, after fitting it all back together i decided to check her over & fire her up....... But thats when my stupidity hit me!!
Fuel starts spraying all over the engine bay from the hose (that i now realise WASNT meant to come off!)
So anyway i've fitted a jubilee clip for now and wanted to know how i stand, will a J Clip be enough? Or do i have to look at buying a new fuel rail? I take it it all comes in one piece?!?!
Any info gratefully recieved!
