Default R reg escos

Is there anything wrong with buying a cos worth that was built from parts like this one? Its an R reg but has the large turbo engine. Would there be re-sale problems? etc. I think this is the one that was at jct 28.

Although being a build-up doesnt actually make it a 'bad' car (provided its been done properly), its always going to put the majority of people off in my opinion.

I personally wouldnt buy one, or even a genuine motorsport one at that, but thats just me.

That particular one is well overpriced too in my opinion, even if it is in pretty good condition.

Ive got a R reg lux and its mint with 27,000 on the clock but im not bothered cos ive got no intensions on ever getting rid of it plus mine was built by prodrive but that 1 for sale on ebay cant be a r reg as it is a 2000 car and r reg's are 1997 so it must be a private plate

if you look at the fifth picture on e-bay of all the documents he's got, the servise manual clearly shows a jtn 28 stamp, as for reg, it states in the blurb about the car that it is a private plate included in the sale, hense R reg. Hope that helps.

I thought about doing that, but lots told me not to, as you can see more with the bigger mirrors on track
