Default Gurgling noise from the cooling system

When my Escos gets up to temp after a good run a gurgling noise is evident from the cooling system.
There's no oil in the water or vice-versa. But i'm still thinking head gasket. The water in the header tank is not bubbling. A mate of mine tells me that cossies have problems with trapped air. He mentioned running it with the header tank cap loose. I haven't take his advise yet, is there any mileage in this? I can't pin point where its coming from. I don't know if it makes any difference but its got the chargecooler on. Its running around 320-340bhp.

Any thoughts good or bad.

If you think there is air trapped just take the cap off the header tank and let it run for 5mins that should get rid of any air.

As above really but also worth getting a swirl pot definately for the cooling system.
Basically, This chops into the top rad hose, sloshes all the water around, sending the airbubbles upwards, and back to the top of the header tank.
If you don't use it much, the rad can fur up.
