Spark plug question??

Spark plug question??
I have got 8 plugs I am sure are for a pinto they are champion F7YC? anyone know if they sound about right??
also have a power module for 4 cyl OHC motor craft LCK .3X (gets rid of using points in the distributor)
Hopefully these will mean something to someone on here as they mean shite all to me.
are these any good or worth selling. have pics if that helps.

spark plugs
just found the champion spark plug website and they list RF7YC for the 1.6 pinto across everthing i.e capri /escort/cortina presumably the r is for ressister
