Default help identifying an rs2000 engine block

apart from the ally sump etc is there a way of telling an escort mk2 rs2000 engine from any other pinto

are there any markings/numbers/castings on a mk2 rs2000 block or are they just normal pinto blocks that you would get from a capri etc

cheers

I rebuilt this original RS2000 "20" block for a customer

The block has its matching engine number to chassis number
