Is it comming out if the top of the dipstick pipe ?
Than it could be, that you have to much pressure in the engine.
If your bearings are worn out, it may be that that tour engine builds up pressure. And then it could be that its oil is trown out true the dipstick.
Have had it on a Taunus TC1 (Cortina Mk3)
How old is your engine ? Has it been rebuild ?

I assume you mean between the dip stick tube and block ?, if so pull the tube out and re insert it with some thixotropic sealant around the tube to seal it, something like loctite 5900 or 5910 would be perfect.
If it is leaking from the TOP of the dipstick then it is a pressure problem, so if the crank vents are nice and clear it's likely to be ring wear, the crank bearings have nothing to do with pressure build up in the crank case, just the engine lube system.
If there is a metal gauze in the oil filler cap clean this out, or replace the cap, these gauzes will gum up eventually.
It is not at all unusual to have oil leak around the base of the dipstick tube, if it's very loose in the block squash it slightly so it's slightly out of round so it's a tighter fit.
