Hi, basicaly I'm rebuilding one of these old skool engines for someone and I have a small problem. I've managed to loose one of the valve spring collets. I saw it ping off but nowhere to be seen. The garage has been turned upside down and no joy. Anyone have any or even know where I can get one from? Bit of a nightmere really ![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)

Chears fella. Unfortunatly they are not readily avalible. Tried all the local guys and no joy, even burton and these types of places don't hold them anymore. Mail ordered them the other day but still no sight of them.
Managed to get some from a mate, out of his V6 essex.
Just goes to show, there are a few bits out there that are getting few and far between..

I had a pack of these as they were fitted to the corsair 2000E I had years ago, if still stuck pm me your number and I will get you some, maybe not so common now but were used on loads of things at the time, I had modded heads/cam/carb/dizzy etc on mine, maybe using pinto valves ?, that's why I remember pinto ones fitted mine.
