im a bit stumped on the oil breather outlet on a ZVH, i have looked on the quatum site at the conversion, but doesn`t really show you the hole drilled for the oil breather pipe. it shows the turbo oil return fine.

anyone help me on where on the rear of a 1.8 zetec block it needs to go. I have heard of putting it into the sump, but dont want to go down that route.

any info or pics even better, i would be very greatful

 

just sick it on the sump. I welded a boss on to the sump then tapped it out. just make sure you dont weld it in line with the drive shalf.

or have to do it again

 

here's where i put mine in my block, its just next to the oil filter



you can see on the sump where one was before but was in the way of the drive shaft
