Default Auto glym or meguirs??

just digging out all the car cleaniung stuff from the shed, to prepare for cleaning my car. alot of the stuff is old and contaminated so i've chucked it.

have alot of autoglym stuff which i have been impressed with, and have the zymol cleaner and polish (halfords) which is good but not as good as the autoglym stuff (but i use the shampoo, which is great)

just wondering whether is hould get the autoglym stuff, or try the meguirs stuff which i have never used

anyone got any opinions/experiences to share??? recomended products etc?

cheers

rory

so meguirs then?

gonna get some cleaning products for the shows etc. meguiars do some interesting looking stuff

must admit though, i will never stop using autoglym metal polish, it is the daddies, and the show shine is useful as a 'spray on' cleaner at the shows

zymol, but not the cheap stuff from Halfords, thats their budget range, buy one of their glazes, they are 100% natural and give the best shine ever, most of the American Pebble Beach Concourse winners use it so it must be good!

To be honest, most Autoglym fans have never tried Meguiars IMO.

As I said on another thread, if you buy the Gold Class polish you get a Foam Pad, which if you keep it in a sealed bag between uses it eventually becomes so full of polish that you don't have to use much from the bottle.

Also, their Microfibre drying towel is AMAZING!!

I used Autoglymns new "Supreme" polish on Sunday and am VERY impressed with the results indeed

Its specifically designed to remove that horrible fooking "Hologram" effect some of us suffer from and it worked a treat on mine after ive tried many things including cutting all wax from the paint by hand with G10 myself and starting again

This stuff just worked!

NXT Generation Tech Wax is unlike any car wax you have ever tried before. Nothing even comes close to this amazing product. All we ask is for you to try it. If it doesn’t blow you away, send it back and get a full refund. If you’re planning on entering a car show or cruise or just showing off, you won’t want to be without this product. Here is what this awesome product will do:

* Your paint will be darker and richer and the shine will be the deepest, clearest you’ve ever seen.
* Our new ESP (Engineered Synthetic Polymers) technology creates a tougher, polymer bond to your paint so it can provide extreme protection.
* Engineered to eliminate those fine scratches so you can have a flawless finish.
* Glides on and off easily. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to reveal your dazzling new finish.
