Default erst series 2 help needed.

need some help.

my car was running sweet in october but the tappets were rattling on.

got a stage 2 head and had it fitted.

now im told my compression is....105,90,90,100.

also overheats and struggles on acceleration for power whereas it never used too.

whats happening?????????

garage reckon it is the springs in the bottom end.

but if it was fine before the head....then would the head be the problem??

seriously i need some help, do i need a new head or is the engimne naff?

are you loosing water??

does the fan trip in?

how long does it take to overheat?

have you checked the cam timing on the pulley?

i would get it checked out at another garage,if you say it was ok before they changed it then theyve done something wrong?

im loosing water from the back of the engine somewhere

it overheats within 5 minutes of cranking up.

cuts out if you dont keep reving

fan kicks in after 3 minutes odd.

im F****** gutted i spent a fourtune on the car, and it aint run since NOV.

was ok before just noisy tappetts wished id left it alone.

head was of a mate, but not sure if its duff.

also if you rev.......back of the head makes a squeal noise, they said it must be trying to draw air???????
