Been using Castrol RS 10w60 for 6 years in stage 3 trim, no problems at all.

I'm using Valvoline VR1 Racing 15w50 in Stage 1 but it's very expensive (about 21 Euros / Litre). I would like to try Mobil Motorsport but it's not available in Portugal anymore (since Mobil was joined to BP).

Castrol RS 10w60 is a good one, already used it, but again it's getting hard to get here (they have put it just as 10w40).

I prefer Castrol TWS 10W/60. This oil is special for high tuned engines. Bmw M3/M5/Z8 use this from factory.

Silkolene Pro R 15w-50 or Motul 300V Competition 15w-50 are the best oils for you Cosworth hands down

Don't use 10w-60.

Use 10w-50 or 15w-50 (Silkolene PRO S or PRO R) far better quality for the same money and far more suitable than 10w-60.

Cheers

You can but some older higher mileage engines don't like it - a bit trial and error unlike 5w-40 which is fine 99% of the time.
