Removing rusted on brake discs???
well, last night i had a go at fitting me cossie front setup.
but couldnt get the bastard disc off....
whats the best way to go about it??
get a bigger hammer????
im gonna invest in some copper grease for when the new stuff goes on....

Be careful you don't miss and hit the shocker, wheels studs etc, and batter the shit out of it.
Before you put the new discs on, clean the hub up with some emery cloth and use a very thin coating of copper grease on the mounting surface.
yeah i was spinning the disc.
i didnt want to absolutly muller the fukka either, cos i did think ill end up fooking summut else with my recent run of bad luck....

and im making sure i hit the bottom of the disc to avoid everything else
i was gonna take to the hub with the old angle grinder with wire brush on it to clean it up...
When doing mine a while back,i got a sharp small chisel and chiseled all the rusty layers off the back on the inside of the disc.
a layer builds up at the back and it cannot slide off the hub.
