Default Suspension Settings?

Ever since fitting coilovers to the Esc Cos, its never felt as sure footed as when on the standard setup, whats generally considered the best stiffnesses to run front and rear, ie full stiff at front half at rear etc?
Also have tried to copy the slight nose down stance that the Esc cos has standard, am I on the right track?
I realise a proffesional setup would be best but it aint an option at the mo!

Cheers.
