Default What the best way of cleaning a CVH head?

Taken the cylinder head off today as it needs a new gasket but before i put it back on i would like to give it a good clean.

Whats the best way of cleaning the head at home? I've got a 160bar pressure washer to help if thats a good thing to use?

Strip it completely bear and pop it in the dishwasher. Make sure you do it when the wife is out though

Surely if you've got the head off you are going to want it skimmed anyway, and whenever u get a skim done they usually clean the head in a detergent anyway, so no need
