my mk2 xr2 is for sell so i can have my new car (black cossie in the pic)

Its a 1988 on an F and in crystal blue, it last week went straight through an mot so she aint a piece of junk and its never been welded
the body has several dents and marks on it so its no minter but its far from dead lol, the car has done a just 104000 miles genuine with all old mots to prove, it has tinted windows which really works with the car very well, the car has an early type carb on it with k&n filter, ported head with an uprated cam and double valve spring ect and it has a 4branch manifold.
at the moment the car has a red bonnet on it as that was the only area that was letting the car down as the other bonnet wasnt nice at all
the car just needs its interior putting back in as i had it half stripped and had half leather recaros in it.

i want 400 pounds no offers or i will be interested in p/ex either way on any racing parts for a mk5 rs2000 (wheels seats cage brakes ect ect)

would you be intrested in a complete rs2ooo, k reg had the a brand new head before it sat for a year on grass, but runs fine verry good engine & complete

cheers mate i picked the sapphire up tonight so once i`ve cleaned it alittle over the weekend i`ll post some up

it doesnt rattle and i ve never noticed smoke.....

as i get home in the dark i can never get any pics nor in the morning so i will sort some out over the weekend which i forgot about last week

I'm v tempted! I kept a load of pepperpots and tarmac slicks from my old XR2 rallycar in hope of one day finding a cheap XR2 trackday/sprint car to razz around whilst my Mk2's being built. I'll have a think,v tempted.
