bought a shitty rst 2day, brand new set of bloxed locks in it with 2 keys

gonna ebay em but dint know what RRP was on em



the rst i bought it a right shed hopefully ill be able to use teh parts on my other cars tho, it had a half tidy spec

 

I paid £23.75 for just the fuel filler cap lock from Ford

 

blimey, so most likerly £100 + then maybe more with a pair of keys and all matching, i know new tranny sets are £245 + vat i think cos i see it on teh wall at service desk

 

your on to a winner there,

i reckon the lock i bought is gonna be the cheapest of the set too.

 

i figure concourse boys would love em

with most rs they come with a bundle of keys too cos of so many lock changes/breakins/thefts, always does bug me that does

the yella cars lockset is all different so i guess that y there in there
horrible old rotten thing

 

I brought a full lock set for my Mums XR2i about 6 months ago for £45 from a Ford dealer so £100+ is in dream world

 

ive sold second had locksets from 2is for that on ebay

as for dreamland goin by matey payin £23.75 for 1 and there are 5 seperate locks £100 would seem to be fairly accurate maths

i did ask how much they were after all

a full set of locks from FORD PARTS ONLINE is around £68

 

I done good for £45 then

sorry of topic but was just wondering if u were at ford fair with ure escort estate,ive got a black 2 door estate with s1 kit on it but didnt hav time 2 sort out trying 2 get it into the grounds so i just had 2 leave it out in the car parks,sorry again for it being off topic

my old shed got more interest that the focus rs whole stand i think

every 1 sayin how is it done to turbo a estate

well urr bits off the rst and fit em to the estate (i dint do it originaly but the only bit left of the original conversion is the loom and tank and they both need changin really )
i wanted to take a look in the carpark but never got time

 

i got loads of looks when i left was quite seeing people actually looking in their mirrors then sticking there heads out of the window 2 get a better look i did the conversion on mine myself out the front of my house,only help i had was when i put the wiring loom in and when i swapped the engine from my erst into the estate,took me 2 weeks in total but only worked on it weekends and evenings after work,got a bit boring sumtimes cause i was working on my own

 

i raced a series 1 on the way home, he said he had 230 brake and i pissed on him but i think he was optimistic

his plate was a19 rst i think, had some decals down the side


smoked his arse everytime

 

Think I remember your estate fro Fiesta In The Park last year. Must be a right laugh smoking stuff off in an Estate car

 

aslong as you dont remember it from when i was goin in, nearly smashed it twice from q jumpin then had to drive along the grass to get in cos it was getin soo hot , drove all the way it with the bonnet up

ppl seemed to like it tho

i got into a race with a sapphire cossie on the way there,come off a roundabout and just smiled at the girl that was in my car with me and she just said go on then i did ok upto 4th gear and he just started pulling away from me but i expected that anyway but he was up 4 the laugh cause he kept letting me come past then i pulled in and he kept coming back again mine was only about 180bhp though

Had a lovely race on the way to TRAX with a Civic Type R in the Fiesta. Mate video'd the whole lot. How gutted were we when we realised he'd left the lense cap on? 20 minutes of sound and fuck all else
