Default FAO anyone who uses or is thinking about using MSD

Now I have got everyone's attention

I ordered a set of plugs and leads of Stu late on Tuesday the 13th December 2005.

I know Stu said it would be there the next day but after my previous experiences with ordering parts for the car from mentioning no names *cough* Burtons, Deflex etc I wasn't banking on the parts being there in the morning.....first thing the next day ..... parts arive !!!

I thought I would have to post to say thank you for such excellent customer service. The parts weren't expensive and I have had very little contact with Stu in the past so it wasn't like he knew me well yet still I got the parts as promised and in the best time humanly possible. Stu thanks again top bloke !!!

If anyone who reads this is thinking of buying part/s anywhere else..... if MSD have it ....buyit off them !!
Customer service is of the highest possible standard, friendly, helpful etc and an absolute credit to the scene.

Stu / Kenny with customer sevrice and prices like that I'm sure you're business will be going forever !!

Oh and all the best for 2006.

Super professional and 100% honest and trustworthy people.

And you won't ever beat them for customer service. I was having a conversation with Stu about Spark plugs and he suggested I try the 071's (or is it 701's )

I said I would and the next day, 2 sets arrived free of charge. How cool is that

Stu prides himself on his customer service - and so he should too - i seriously doubt there is another company out there that looks after its customers like Stu does

i mean - who else will tell you to bring your ECU over at 10pm, and have it fixed for 1am and then go for a takeaway with you - a true friend and a fantastic customer service GOLD standard
