This is the EASIEST picture resizer you can use if you are on XP - works for singles and multiple uploads;

If so this is EASY to do!

Download this XP "Power Toy" plug in from the Microsoft site;

Direct download link - save to PC and then install;
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

It is a plugin, so once installed you don't have to do anything or open any programmes to use it. You simply right click on the picture you want to resize and in the drop menu there is a new entry called RESIZE PICTURES;

You can also use it for batch converting. Highlight all the pics you want to resize so they are all blue, then right click on one of them and select resize - choose the 640x480 setting and all the pics will be resized to that size, given the same name as the originals with " (small) " in the title.

Under the advanced tab you can select to RESIZE THE ORIGINAL PICTURES (DON'T MAKE COPIES) so you don't double up - tho this will erase the originals and replace them with smaller pics and there's no undo for this, so it's best to resize and keep the originals then copy the resized ones to the memory card.
