Default Mk3/4 Escort master cylinder upgrade

What can be done with it to make the brakes better, i dont mean standard calipers/pads/discs but if you had say brembo 4 pots etc as the master cylinder/it's position let's it down!

Ive saw (clint maybe?) S1 has a remote resevoir, and the master cylinder must be re-located, but where to put it and what one to use?

Also heard of a fiesta mk5 in the original escort position is better!?

Is it a hard thing to do, and what would you expect to pay for a mk5 master cylinder from a breakers? and is it more or less a straight swap!?

Just curious

gus, I take it the bias pedal box is only really good for a track car with stripped interior, or is it one that would hide nicely out of the way?

Daviet, well then i'll buy a welder less of the platforms, more like thigh highs

on a road car,,,,,,,NO SERVO ASSISTANCE

you really are losing the plot mate, theres a point on cars where your just spending cash to be one up from the rest,,,,,,,, you at that point, time to buy a new car and stop fitting pointless mods imo

vroooooommm blah what ever ya called ( you must have a normal name ) the brembos DO NOT affect the master cylinder AT ALL, i looked into it when i got mine and there as no issues, then theres the fact that john laverick actually has my brembo kit on his erst with no pedal problems either

then theres the countless others

as for a better feel pedal the mk5 is over servo'd so feels sharper, not a hard mod to do either and as soon as ive done it ill report back

PMSL Ginge - u tool

Over servo's cars have LESS feel, they are only sharper on light braking. VW's are the worst, HORRID brakes.
