whats the difference between 165 and 195 efi chips

dont say horsepower as i know people that are getting 220 bhp on 165 chips so why do they call it that do they have certain boost limits

165 chip is 14psi max, 195 raises to 16psi

TOTALLY different fuel map.

TOTALLY different injector scaling map.

SUBSTANTIALLY different spark advance map.

SLIGHTLY different Boost map.

And thats just for a STD CVH with only the injectors changed.
