BROKE MY COMPUTA< HELP!!!

I HELD THE SHIFT KEY DOWN AND NOW MY COMPUTA IS IN CAPITALS AND I CANT USE NUMBERS ETC>

PLEASE HELP A STUPID PC_STUPID PERSON

Ooh you've set up sticky keys. It's an accessibility thing. Try holding shift again for 5 seconds. If not then go into your control panel, go to accessibility and look for the option for sticky keys. Untick it
