1.9
there are a few ways to go about a 1.9 conversion, i bought a 1.9 bottom end from specialised engines to do mine, everything from the 1.6 bolts straight on
. from what i can gather though alot of people dont rate the specialised engines bottom end very highly
but i have had mine for a few years now and cant fault it, obviousely (sp) with more cc the fueling will need setting up by somebody that knows what they are doing
i think also a turbo with a .48 exhaust housing is adviseable but could be wrong? apart from that... nout to it

i honestly have no idea. had it dyno'd when i first put the 1.9 in at interpro in bristol
and came away with 198bhp @16psi but the efi conversion has been done since then so your guess is as good as mine, it pulls like a train and personally i think if it had much more power it would spoil the enjoyment of driving it
