head gasket best one ?
why is a std headgasket set from ford a gen part was 120squid and when i looked at sum cosmetic headsgaskets and group a ones were less ??
are the ford ones better ?? im planning on running 15-16 psi so would i need a group a one ?

they are £30 singularly
bolts are a tenner from motorfactors, i never use ford bolts

will do im hopeing to get this done and fitted and should be sweet as turned my boost down aswell and its stoped pinking so all good

yeah if ur messin with iot you'll need the lot, a simple h/gasket swap u will just need the gasket, bolts and cambelt while ur there

Ford are THE best, DO NOT buy anything other, even for 300+bhp

uprated multy layer gasket i think 1.7mm thickness

hmm, well forget it. christian and beccy's/tony turbo's 300+bhp rst's run std ford, they'll tell you themselfs not to buy anything else
