Default S2 turbo wont idle at all ?????? What could it be ?

Hello Guys and girls , im a new memeber to this site and recently brought
my first s2 rs turbo. It has been running fine until today when driving and come to a stop at a junction died on me , ever since it will not idle ? Revs will just drop below 500 and died , Can drive the car providing you left foot brake everywhere and keep the gas one ?? Can anyone please help ,

Have a look under the throttle body and make sure the idle speed adjustment screw is still there. Mine fell out a while back and caused the problems you describe.

Also check all vacume pipes. If it has a DV try removing and see if this cures it a leaky DV can also cause these symptoms.

Sounds like you have an air leak somewhere. Check the breathers for splits in the pipework and all the boost hoses to. Had the same with mine turned out to be a split pipe in the return from my oil seperator to the block.

Sounds like you've got an air leak somewhere. RST's need to be bang right to run right. Check your boost hoses and make sure your oil caps on.

Just checked my dump valve , and taken it off blocked holes still the same ???????? Please can someone help , could this lead to an expensive problem?

Is the idle screw still present to the right under the throttle body?

With the bonnet up can you hear an air leak?

Check all the plastic T pieces in the vacume pipes (take off to DV, boostguage etc) to make sure they haven't split
