Default Question for People with Outdoor Car Covers

I put a Classic additions Outdoor Car Cover on my car yesterday that i bought secondhand and pulled it up at the front today to put my battery conditioner on and found the car has condensation on it. Is that normal ?It says on the instructions that the car must be dry before fitting the cover but of course its not now. Should,nt the little vent on the top of the cover stop this ?
