"Chase HQ" i think it was called, basically you had to drive a cop car and catch up this other car (bad guy)and you had to keep ramming the car until the damage indicator reached the end, then it would blow up and you win.

I only ever played it at the arcade.

Chase HQ2 was on a console but I can't for the life of me remember which. You also had a gun on one of them to shoot the enemy car.

Anyone remember those "Roadblasters" toys from matchbox that were cars you could clip weapons etc to? They were my fave toy as a child. That had a shoddy videogame too

 

that was when you had 3 turbo icons that you could use anywhere in the game to speed up (pretty much like Fast and Furious with NOS )

And some of the arcade machines for Chase HQ had the blue flashing light ontop of the case for added effect
