Default What power do you think???

Going to build up my engine again, once my shell is sorted so i can drive it about, Thinking of this spec for a time being...


Standard head/bottom end
De-Comp plate
Cossie management/L8/803's
T34
Mongoose
2x 4x4 intercoolers welded together
20psi...

Not arsed if it goes bang... The car wont be driven much as it wont be set up for it, Just the odd pub meet etc

get rid of the de comp plate and get lower cr in the head
youll need arp rod bolts

vulcan done mine about 9yrs ago and still going strong(i got bigger valves/porting done while it was there)youll get a few people staying away from the place but the service and reliability from there i can only recommend them

If the head work is anything like mine, then 20psi on a T34 (what exhaust housing?) could be around 250bhp.

I'd get some steel rods mate, and I wouldn't use Vulcan again if they were the last engine builders on Earth. I would rather build my own intergallactic ship and search other solar systems looking for some half monkey, half slug type aliens that would do a better job than those bunch of CU_NTS!!!

T3 will be loads easier and still up the the job But won't make as much power for the boost...

dont use a decomp plate mate, u can get a nice drivable 220 brake out of that spec..
