got hold of a couple of gearboxes today to start making one for the 24v engine. now ive left my manuals in devon and wont have them till the weekend but thought id make a start

now i have just one question.....HOW THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU GET THE TAIL CASING OFF??????????????

have removed every single visible bolt but it just wont slide up the shaft , aint got any pics but basically the only thing that hasnt been undone is the 2 nuts found inside the bell housing, but i woudnt have thought they affected the back half of the box????

anyone able to help? or am i just gunna have to wait till after the weekend?
