Default Think ive broke my gear box?

I was givin it a bit to much about an hour ago and now when i press the clutch down it whines and crunchs and make really horrible noises?

It still drives and goes but the noises stop when i let the clutch out?

Im only runnin 159 bhp at the wheels, its a standard box with organic clutch and uprated cover!

Could be clutch release bearing, or something related to that.

If not, ring Bernie
