Dan - it's cool, but you might want to be careful with the strobe effect.

May sound stupid, but you can never be too careful re: warnings these days...........

 

hope petrucci see's this then, I see your point though but maybe a skip FLSH intro option would cover that.

 

for the work - but in my real world I would have clicked off before the end and gone somewhere else.

For 'me' long flash style intros don't work.

I want to know what you do (not aimed specifically at you Danny) and how much it is without all the fairy lights and tinsel of a kids christmas.

If that don't make sense im sorry Iv'e had a bang on the head

 

WHEN the site is complete you'll see exactly what the company does. and as previously said maybe an option to skip the intro would favour people like yourself that like the details, not the flashing lights and bells.

 

I normally "ALT F4" before I go looking for skip intro buttons...

Impressive but completely pointless imho and gives the wrong impression.

 

Sorry that wasn't very constructive of me.

I think the intro is a quality job and certainly acheives what it was set out to do.

But I'd question the point in it. Firstly people seriously don't like Flash intro's and secondly I'd be concerned about the image it gives. I'd say it makes you look more like yet another body kit and alloys type company you see in Max Power mags.

Would be 10x more effective with just a decent company logo, no animation and a proper targeted positioning statement imho

 

Think it looks good for the intro, hope the content of it is as good

 

woaaa chill out peeps ... OF COURSE it will have a skip intro button, but not before the rest of the site is finished, as i'm sure you'll find logical
If you had read the page, it is written "coming soon"...

looks very cool but have to agree with some of the comments about it keeping peoples interest to stay and look into the site further.

 

thanks louis, like we've said the finished site will have a skip section so people that dont like flash intro's dont have to watch it the actual site will be interesting when complete.
