Just got home from work - a fun night as ever


was working the 23:14 train from Blackpool North to Preston, so i thought i'll open the unit up 20 mins early and collect tickets as people get on - saves me the hassle of argueing with pissheads on a train


A nice orderly queue forms as people buy their tickets from me at the train door to get on, then a young lad, peaked baseballcap and socks over his trackies pushes to the front, i tell him to goto the back and wait, he carries on trying to walk past, i firmly tell him he will goto the back of the queue or he will not get on. After that, he tells me to "fuck off" - fair play, he got told he isn't getting on - bearing in mind, about 6 of his mates are now going on saying "stop been harsh and let him on....etc.etc.etc" - told them no, and they should shut up or they will not be getting on aswell.

Anyway, they all get on, with the first lad stood on the platform still.

10 mins pass, everone loaded up and its nearly time to leave - his mates start asking if i can let him on, i tell them no as he gave me a load of backchat and if they want to ride they should shut up and sitdown - which they did, once the platform staff give me the whistle to leave.


At this point, the other lad who i told to go away as he isn't getting on is stood on the platform blubbering because - in his words "i'm going to be late home and my mum is going to kill me"

so me, not been a completely heartless bastard gives the lad a bollocking and a mini lecture on about learning some manors and doing as he is told, or next time i see him he won't get on


I then let him on, him still blubbering, as the next train isn't for another 6 hours due to engineering work



its amazing how many times one person can say sorry and thankyou in the space of 2 mins



lessons he learnt - don't piss the conductor off on the train before you have got on it

 

Hopefully, a lesson well learned!

Somehow, though, I doubt he'll remember it for too long...

 

not bothered, the entertainment value for me to embarass him infront of all his mates and a packed train was well worth it

 

i have dun that b4 when i was a bus conductor funny as fook aint it
best one was when i left liverpoos street bus was full sum nob jumpt on and askd nicle for him to get off as i could go as we was full he dident listen so i got off told the driver not to move and sat at the bus stop 10 mins later he got off calld me a cunt and i sed thanks i may be a cunt but i wont be late for work

 

Well good for you. As long as you were nice to him he's learnt some respect. Job well done.

Made him take off his chav cap and tuck his socks in then you will let him on. that would of been so funny seeing him do that.
Then as he get's on in front of his chav mates quote "See being a chav don't get you anywhere in life does it?". Reply (blubering) "No...sorry...thanks..."

on a serious note gracie if that happened to me i would have chucked the conductor off the train


oh and one thing that annoys the FUCK out of men when bus drivers turn off the bus to argue and in turn make everyone late, there always fucking african too

i say take the force field down the driver hides behind and see what he does then

they need force fields because of people arguing and thinking the world owes them something. A little bit of politeness, courtesy and respect goes along way.

as m,uch as i agree with you its the fact the bus driver makes EVERYONE of his passengers late cause of 1 1.20 bus fare

i was waiting for 15 mins until me and 3 otehr people all offered to pay for the guy bus ticket

why argue for 1.20, why get cockey behind a screen when if it wasnt there he would just give in anyway

take em down and se how people react

they done that in the job centers didnt they, when the screens where up they got grief, when they took em down the attitude of the staff changed and as such so did the peoples
