Not sure what to buy, as in Series 1 or Series 2!

Reason being that I'll basically want to strip the car and fook about big style with the engine etc (have always fancied a 2.1ZT ), I like my cars to be about power and performance rather than looks and to cherish them!

Don't get me wrong i'll look after it and believe me it'll be mint but most of the time i'm in attack mode!

In light of this I wouldnt want to do this to a Series 1 because of the rarity of them, think it would be sacrilage really, although I do prefer the looks of a Series 1

I'd like a Series 2 because I used to have a Mk4 XR3i and never got the opportunity to 'step up' to an RS Turbo, and although common I think they look best in Red!

So your opinions please, what's best for a bloody good fast road, track and strip car!

Yeah kinda I guess mate, just that I do see the odd Series 1 about and they always, always stand out from the crowd more!

Not gonna worry about the expense, I won't go out and blow a wad on it straight away, it will be a keeper so no rush at all!
